Our Full Service Property Management Includes: 

• Collect all assessments due from unit owners

• Maintain all office records, books, & accounts for association

• Attend Board of Directors & Annual Meetings

• Prepare for execution and filing by the Association, all forms, reports, & returns required by law

• Monthly financial report preparation

• Assist in the preparation of the Associations operating budget

• Will conduct inspections of all the common areas on a weekly or bi-weekly basis
